For crews & multi-truck operations

Every bid, closed like the big shops.

Washington County is building fast, and the crew that shows the homeowner a picture wins the job. On the Crew Plan every estimator on your team runs unlimited properties — same yard, three price tiers — so the upsell is a swipe instead of a conversation.

The Crew Plan

Built for crews that bid every week.

One flat price for the whole crew, one design system across every bid, and renders back before the estimator leaves the driveway. No CAD, no 3D modeling, no render house.

$149/month, unlimited properties

One flat number for the whole crew instead of $49 a property. If your estimators run four bids a month it has already paid for itself, and the fifth through fiftieth are free.

Your design library

We build a design library for your crew — plant palette, paver and stone selections, and the price tiers you actually sell — so every bid your estimators send looks like it came from one company instead of five different guys with five different tastes.

Three price tiers per yard

Every property comes back as good, better, and best of the same yard — the base patio, the patio with a fire feature, the full outdoor living package. Homeowners buy up when they can see the difference side by side.

The house comes back untouched

An automated referee compares every render against your source photo and fails it if the building, fences, grade, or existing concrete moved. That check is why a homeowner recognizes their own property instead of a generic render.

Dispute protection, built in

Every render ships in two versions — clean, and labeled "Visualization — not final materials." Hand the labeled copy to the homeowner with the bid so nobody argues about plant sizes in month three.

Minutes, not days

Shoot the yard from the driveway and upload it before you leave. Renders typically come back within the hour, guaranteed by the next business day. We're local to Washington County — a rush job gets a phone call, not a ticket queue.

Homeowners buy what they can see.

A homeowner deciding on a $30,000 yard is buying a promise. The crew that hands them a picture of their own property is selling something different from the crew handing over a line item. We won't quote you a close-rate number, because your market and your pricing are yours — but you already know which bid you'd sign.

What we do promise: two free revision rounds on every property, and we work with you until the render is right. That's a promise about our work, not about your close rate.

Get on the Crew Plan

Tell us your crew size and roughly how many bids you send a month. We'll come back the same day with a design library proposal and get your estimators set up.
