Now serving Washington County landscape & hardscape contractors

Bare dirt today.
Designed in minutes.

Photograph the yard on your phone. Three photorealistic design options of that exact property come back in minutes — not hours, not days — with the client's house, walls, and grade untouched. No CAD. No 3D modeling. No render house. Show it before you leave the driveway.

How it works

Three steps. Zero software.

Built for contractors who are bidding a job this week — not for people who want to learn another design program.

1

Photograph the yard

Shoot the bare yard on your phone while you're on site. Tell us the area and the scope you're bidding — or let us design to the home and the neighborhood.

2

We design, a referee checks it

Every render is inspected against the source photo before it ships. The house, walls, grade, and existing hardscape must come back identical — that check is automated and it fails renders that don't.

3

Show it before you leave

Three photorealistic design options back in minutes, plus a disclosure-labeled version of each. Two revision rounds free.

Pricing

Flat. Simple. Per property.

The 3D design tools contractors use run $97–$197 a month and take hours per yard. This isn't that.

Every bid, closed like the big shops.

Washington County is building fast, and the crew that shows the homeowner a picture wins the job. On the Crew Plan every estimator on your team runs unlimited properties — same yard, three price tiers — so the upsell is a swipe instead of a conversation.

FAQ

The questions contractors ask.

Does it change the client's house?

No — and that's the entire point. Landscaping, hardscape, and plantings are added to the open ground; the building, fences, block walls, grade, driveway, and existing concrete come back exactly as photographed. Every render is checked against your source photo by an automated referee that fails the image if the structure moved. Homeowner design apps re-imagine the whole scene, which is useless in a bid.

Is this AI?

Yes, and we say so plainly. The design is generated, then quality-checked automatically against your original photo before it reaches you. That's why it takes minutes instead of the hours a 3D model takes — and why we can charge $49 instead of $149 a month.

Why three design options per property?

Because that's how bids actually close. Show the client the base patio, the patio with a fire feature, and the full outdoor living package, and let them pick up. One render sells one job; three renders sell the upgrade.

Will the plants be right for our climate?

The system is tuned for Southern Utah — agave, yucca, ocotillo, desert spoon, ornamental grasses, decomposed granite — and the quality check fails renders showing species that wouldn't survive here. Plants are drawn at realistic install size, not twenty-year maturity.

What protects me if the client says “but you showed me”?

Every image ships with a second copy labeled “Visualization — not final materials.” Hand that version to the client with the bid. It's the same disclosure discipline we built for MLS compliance in our virtual-staging business, pointed at your exposure instead.

Who's behind this?

Same Day Landscapes is operated in St. George by Chris Coussa and powered by the Kylaira agent platform — the same AI-operations system we run our own businesses on.
